Stephania Spitzer (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) yoga teacher from Mexico City. Passionate about yoga for more than 15 years.
She has experienced in her personal life the transformative power of breath, mindfulness, meditation, and asana, her beginnings with Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga helped her to make an effective connection with her body.
Stephania is an Experienced Yoga Alliance certified 500h teacher. She completed 200 YTT in Tulum, Mexico where she lived for over a year teaching and hosting retreats and workshops.
In 2019 she moved to India to complete 300 YTT and from then on she's been living half-year in India half time in Mexico hosting teacher training, retreats, and workshops.
Her training includes professional workshops on teaching vinyasa flow and advanced asana, restorative yoga, deeper meditation, subtle body, yoga philosophy, anatomy, the art of sequencing.
She has created unique flowing classes that connect postures with breath and provide dynamism and creativity. Guiding students to reconnect with their bodies and experience internal and external changes.
Her philosophy when it comes to teaching a yoga class is to forever remain a student. Her goal is to simply be a mediator, to pass along the knowledge that she is constantly seeking to absorb.
To her, yoga is all about practice; it’s the idea that you can see something that looks impossible and go on a journey to make it possible.
Elizabeth Jane “ EJ” (E-RYT 500, Certified Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator) creates a safe, nurturing space that allows for a bit of magic, inner healing, and moments to touch the divine within us. She has served as lead teacher for multiple 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world from India, to Malta, to Indonesia, to Mexico. She founded and hosts a Sound Healing Certification Course in Breckenridge, Colorado. To her, these ancient tools (Breathwork, Sound, and Yoga) serve as profound medicine that help us return to our inquisitive, joyful, natural Self. She has been teaching, studying, practicing, and sharing yoga all over the world for over 10 years.
Marcia is an ERYT 500 instructor, novice astrologer, nature lover, movement enthusiast, water explorer, and earth wanderer.
As a traveling yogi, she has had the opportunity to study yoga in India, Nepal, Peru, and the USA. Teaching yoga abroad in over 12 different countries has given her the chance to experience a variety of cultures that adds to her teaching value.
Marcia has been studying yoga for nearly a decade and a half. Her curiosity for travel began when she left the east coast of the USA for San Diego, California, 10 years ago. She stayed in California for a few years gaining skills as a yoga teacher. After a trip to Yucatan, Mexico she was offered her first yoga teaching position abroad. Since this moment she has been teaching and studying yoga while traveling the world.
In her pursuit for yogic bliss she developed a love for funboard surfing and freediving. Driven by the opportunity to offer yoga and follow her favorite endeavors Marcia is indefinitely slow traveling her way through the world. In between yoga teacher training you will mostly find her on a tropical beach or enrolled in a training course.
Marcia is a mirror of wisdom. She offers online courses, in person retreats, and yoga teacher trainings. She specializes in vinyasa, hatha, yin, and various styles of meditation including yoga nidra.
Marcia bases her offerings around her youthful perspective. Through curiosity, acceptance, and unconditional love, it is truly possible to embrace the full human experience.
Sarah Martinuik has a passion for adventure that introduced her to yoga and a more balanced way of life. Sarah has traveled and taught internationally for years, diving into culture and experiences she never imagined.
Her teaching method is described as thorough and engaging - a perfect balance of on the mat practice and stimulating seminars.
Her comfort in nature and passion for exploration makes the off-grid classroom the ideal location for her to deliver a training that she is equally passionate about!
